Hi Amanda, We are ever so sorry to see you're disappointed with the service provided. We feel that communication has been frequent and you have been updated regularly regarding this situation. In addition to the frequent communication, we also provided the rest of the items on the order ready to collect the same day (7/9 items) so feel that a one star review is very harsh and isn't a true reflection on the service provided. We operate a skeleton staff to ensure orders are processed and our website also states that delays are possible during this ongoing pandemic. We try our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. However with the ongoing pandemic, deliveries aren't as frequent as usual.

Made an order over the phone and I was told it would be ready to collect by the end of the week. I then recieved an email to say it would be 5-7 working days, it has now been 14 working days and I have still not recieved the items.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you and the team for my school uniform order, I collected yesterday after a massive panic (Im one of those last minute moms) and you absolutely nailed it the colour was a perfect match and the quality is fantastic the fit is perfect, the service was easy and the staff I spoke to on the phone yesterday and in the shop were just lovely. We are always quick to complain these days and Sometimes forgot to thank you and well done when deserved please pass on my thanks to all involved with my order! You saved my bacon!

These ladies were fantastic, after ordering over 2 weeks ago in another uniform shop I was told I would have to wait up until 8pm to receive my childrens school tops(the night before they start back at school). This panicked me, so I went into A&J design and explained what was happening these ladies went above and beyond for me and got me sorted with the boys tops even though they didn't have an with the school logo on they asked if I could wait 15 mins and they would have them done for us. So grateful for there help, excellent customer service.

Great quality school cardigans.Ive recently moved my daughter school and was struggling to find her good quality school uniform in her last school.So glad to actually find a shop that does really good quality uniforms highly recommend
