I recently embarked on a fast track, high-end custom remodel of an entire beachfront condo. I asked around and talked to several kitchen cabinet companies in Miami metro. I am happy to say that I had the extremely good fortune of finding Enrique Morales of Universal Kitchen Center. From our very first telephone conversation, which at that point was merely a "cold call" inquiry, Enrique took the time to dig into my project, to help me form a budgetary expectation, carefully listening and guiding me, always patient and helpful with my questions. Largely because of this patient and professional approach and very reasonable pricing, especially for the for the quality of the product and experience, I selected Enrique/Universal to design, manufacture and install my entire custom kitchen/island complex, 4 major custom closets illuminated with glass shelves and doors and incorporating a carousel for up to 180 pair of shoes for my wife. They also designed and constructed my illuminated freestanding bar ,and back bar, with with glass doors and shelves. They did an amazing job, jaw dropping actually, everyone who has seen it has been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I am an attorney and businessman here in Miami. I choose my words carefully and approach things skeptically. I look for a very high level of integrity in everyone with whom I associate. Having said that I cannot ever recall saying I have been 100% satisfied with anything, I am not that guy, But here I am , personally attesting to being 100% satisfied with Enrique and Universal. All of my expectations have been achieved, even exceeded. I hope some photos of the work he did for us end up on his web site, you will see what I mean, and its not just the quality of their product, its the professional, seasoned experience, integrity nd customer service I experienced over the entire span of the project. Those of you who have been involved in a major construction or remodeling project probably already painfully know, and those of you who will be embarking upon the construction journey, will, unfortunately soon learn, in the construction industry, promises, commitments and schedules are casually "tossed out" by contractors with little or no expectation of achieving them. That said, BRACE YOURSELF, I am here to tell you every promise that Enrique made was achieved, every scheduled meeting attended on time, delivery schedule held, installation completed as scheduled all with EXCEPTIONAL product quality, and . . . ALL AS PROMISED !! I can, and do, unequivocally, without hesitation or any reservation whatsoever recommend, and even encourage, you to talk to Enrique at Universal, it will most likely be the best decision of your project.
