If I could give a 0 I definitely would! Paul the owner is a very nice guy but the woman he has in his office Katherine is the worst I've ever come in contact with. I called Paul about having a logo and banner done and he referred me to Katherine. From the time I walked in the door she had an attitude as if she didn't want to be bothered. She kept making excuses and kept asking me did Paul tell you how much it was! I said yes and he told you as well! She kept saying she was an Illustrator and she really does not like doing logos! I said look if you don't want to do it just say so. This was the worst experience I ever had. The lady who was next after me we kept looking at each other after Katherine kept complaining and making excuses! I finally got my things and left the establishment! Will not return until she is gone! Paul please get someone else in your store because another customer walked out as well after she was rude to him! People don't have to spend there money and be treated like that if Paul had been there this would not have happened. She also made a statement to a customer and said Paul is basically running the business by himself he has no help! First of all you don't need to tell people this man's business and secondly you are running his customers off being lazy when he's not there!!! I definitely want an apology for the way I was treated wasted my time coming over there and got the worst customer service on this planet! If Paul is not there please stay away from here!

I called for pricing, and they told me to send email. I sent email and can't get these people to respond. Sent several emails and no response. Poor customer service.
