Ms Stewart. We understand your concern for your friend. We work very hard to have a facility that is honest and that gives the public an affordable place to work on their health. When members bring you multiple concerns about staff and staff blatantly avoids management and refuses to speak with them about the concerns, we unfortunately had to let that staff member go. Especially one we thought a lot of. While we try to remain professional and understanding the attacks on the business because of a one-sided upset former employee could have been avoided with a simple 15 minute conversation. Termination was never the intention. Just a conversation. She made the choice.

While Google reviews are important, Leaving a review without explanation doesnt give the business the opportunity to address. Up until the past week we have had stellar reviews. (Other than a disgruntled former staff member being terminated for refusing to meet with and openly avoiding management for well over a week encouraging her friends to do so ) We are sorry you had a less than good experience. You'd have a difficult time finding a gym with such a variety of new equipment and services for the price . Lots of free classes. Lots of prepped meals and suppliments available for purchase. Child care services, sauna, tanning beds, and basketball court. Great place to get in a workout.

Thank you for review. While we appreciate you choosing Iron Jungle Family Fitness for you fitness needs Im a little concerned about your replies. We take pride in maintaining and updating and continuously giving to our members what they ask for. The amount of equipment provided is for your advantage. You dont have to wait on anything and there is everything you could ever want and need in your workout. We provide more for less. The amenities and the offering wont be beat in price anywhere either. The variety is what sets us apart. You stated 40% of equipment needs work? We are unaware of any equipment that isnt working properly or well maintained. If there is something that you feel needs attention please bring that to the Managers attention the next time you are in. We cant fix something we dont know is broken. I assume you havent done that yet. We are continuously removing/adding and upgrading. Im sure you wont see that at any other gym in the area. We are privately owned. No partners, no investors, and no government money backing. Tax payers dont pay for us to change equipment every 2 years. We love our facility and are proud to be able to work and provide an all inclusive place to workout for the entire family. Your feedback is appreciated and will be considered going forward.

Its a good place to workout if youre passing through. The equipment needs a little work (a little outdated, padding needs to be replaced on some of the equipment). EXTREMELY crowded with the machines!!! Usually once a week, Im tripping on the equipment or the equipment is snagging and pulling at my cloths when Im walking from one equipment to another, (its almost as if Im in an episode of the television show Hoarders). 40% of the Existing equipment needs to be worked on and moved to another location. But for a gym thats in a small town, I cant really compare it to other gyms in bigger cities like Dallas, Miami or Nashville.
