I've been coming into the Crossfit classes since July 2021. The crossfit coach Thomas is super personable and really takes the time to get to know your strengths and areas of growth and recommends the proper modifications or scaling for whatever the workout is that day. The crossfit area is in the back of the gym and there is a good amount of space dedicated to us, although most of the space is dedicated to the fighting sports. The owners have also invested a lot into the crossfit side of things with new equipment being purchased regularly. If you're thinking about starting crossfit or just want to workout in a class setting, you won't find a more welcoming coach an community than here!

Beautiful facility, super friendly staff and team, I had a wonderful experience here and recommend it to anyone in the area. As soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely at the desk and made very welcome. I was shown around the gym which is very large, well equipped, and clean. I met the instructor Will who was super friendly and I proceeded to step on the mats for the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu class. I had a great time meeting the team who were all so friendly and welcoming which I loved. I have been training for almost five years and I learned something new, in addition I got a very challenging workout from the instructor. What I enjoyed most was the vibe from all the people at this gym, I have been to many different gyms and their friendly atmosphere was something that really stood out to me. Five stars for sure.

Ive been with KOA Fitness since 2014. I love the environment and and family feel. Instructors and staff are top notch from the time you enter the door, step on the mats and leave to go home. Coaches and instructors are very knowledgeable and seasoned. The members are hospitable and welcoming. I plan to be with KOA Fitness for a long time and would recommend their programs to all that seek life improvement and a healthy lifestyle
