Hi Alsye, do you know who you talked to here? We test each piece of glass before it goes out. If something slipped we would happily replace the part for you. Unfortunately, we do not have a worker named Ashley here so I am confused. The product does not come with an adapter and says what it all comes with on the product page. As for shipping we fully feel your pain. We get our items out as fast as we can. If it took 2 days and you paid overnight we can talk with the carrier. CUT SERV MANGAGER I DEALT WITH WAS NAMED DANIEL orderr # 100204015 bought the light saber vaporizer did not work when received and did not come with all products advertised on their web site the screen did not stay in place and you get a mouth full of herb no matter what, i even took it to a local glass shop to see if i was just not setting it up correctly but the glass tube is not made correct and there is no way to keep screen in place, company said they were going to send me a replacement glass tube piece, but here we are an employee by the name of ashley confirmed she thought that after watching the video listed on their site for advertising the product, it should have came with the bong adapter, but daniel (the manager) didnt agree) but could not show me anywhere that it said it was not included, he just said it was the manufacturer that made the add he did agree to send me the replacement glass piece since the one i got was defective, but he never did i also paid extra for overnight shipping and received it 2 days late! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY!
Thanks for the reply. I feel very strong about our customer service and we have had tons of compliments on the service. We are a small shop, we have one customer service person in house and try our best to get to people as soon as we can. Sometimes people get sick and we man the station with a temporary person to help out. During those time we for sure can slip. Yes we take 24 hours as again we are small and we do not have robots like Amazon to do the work. I do feel when you support us you are supporting what every wants to support like the mom and pop shops. One just has to remember in mom and pop shops people wear many hats and we can only do so much. I hope we can get another chance to show you we are doing what we can and I would love to make you happy. Thanks for the support

7th floor makes nice vaporizers but the costumer service is terrible. Also if you are ordering online it takes at least 24 hours for anything to ship.
Increasingly frustrating order fulfillment. I have placed 4 orders in the last month. The first two orders (both the sidekick vehicle) were processed and shipped in the same day. I recieved them within a few days. I then orderd some glass replacements for my SSV that I have had for a decade and the order took a couple more days to arrive than the previous sidekicks. I then ordered some replacement parts and upgrades for my SSV on 2/4. There was no update provided so I called customer service on 2/8 and they said they were wating on a part that was "in stock" when I ordered it. The only update you get is when they get a tracking number for your order. There is no update or estimate on how long it will take to process your order. The customer is left to guess what is going on. It seems Elev8 and 7th Floor only care about new customers. Returning ones get put on the back burner.
