Antwoin we are sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, just as it is with any business that offers a lot of services, there are charges for those services to cover our labor, overhead and hopefully make some profit to sustain the business. Screen printing 12 shirts is not a profitable project when we have to make 5 different screens that each take an hour to make, set-up and reclaim. However, we do what we can to help customers like you who dare to dream big. We want to see you grow in your aspirations of creating a clothing line. It took up quite a bit of our time initially trying to help you and many things we did not charge for to cover that time well spent as an investment in you and your vision. We are sorry to hear you feel we are not a good fit for you. But we did do everything you asked and there are costs for that. You brought in a sample of the shirt you had done somewhere else and gave us the art file and told us to do it exactly like that sample and that is what we did, with the exception that our print was 10 times better than what you brought in. We spent hours on this project with many phone calls and emails as you were wanting labels cut out and sizes reprinted in the neck which was a lot of work for 12 shirts in assorted sizes. We told you it was going to cost $0.33 per shirt to cut labels out and you opted to have your girlfriend come over and cut them out which delayed us a few days as she never showed up. The charge total would have been under $4.00 total for that, which is less than it would cost you in gas back and forth and frankly wasted a lot of time, more than $4.00 worth. We really tried our best and we went above and beyond to work with you to resolve all questions and requirements specific to your order. The print was sized properly according to what you brought in and the art was in vector and we did not manipulate it, and we sent a proof that told you the exact print size so not sure what you are referring to there but we would be more than happy to help resolve the issue with you. I called and left you a message to call us. Standard production is 7-10 business days, but this had a lot of interruptions in the production process with neck labels, etc. along the way but we still got them done in that time frame and the order was not picked up until a few days after we had it completed and notified of it's completion. Rhonda at Promo Planet was amazing to work with! We had a last minute request for bottled waters with our logo but unfortunately it was a bit too late to place an order for them to arrive within a week and a half. However, she helped with an alternative that worked just a well and delivered just in time! Thank you Rhonda Gulley!!!! OH and the quality of the Vinyl Decal I ordered is great for quick projects. Perhaps in the future I will order something a little thicker but for the current project it is just right.
