Terrible service if IcouldI would give 0 stars. They didn't deep clean anything. I came in and saw the vacuum on but the lady was sitting down in my couch. Do not pay $1300 for a bad service. They didn't dust anything, and the floors had a white mark everywhere. I will never use them again.

ServiceMaster Simons was out to our home after a heavy rain flooded our basement. They had big pump machines and sucked out all the water. They cut out the wet drywall, removed the baseboards, carpet and padding and installed the heavy drying machines. They disinfected the walls and floors after the work was finished and disinfected again after they came to pick up the equipment. They also put the drywall, insulation and baseboard back in a timely fashion. We cant even tell that there was a flood in our basement. Thanks team. Youre definitely on our speed dial.
