Hi Emily, Your review is very unexpected, especially considering our multiple email conversations and initial phone call to discuss the direction of your project. The first step of our process is our client branding questionnaire, which you completed with very thorough information. After you submitted the questionnaire, however, you informed us that you wanted to change the name of your company entirely from what you had originally stated. Even though this is very unorthodox, we made the adjustments and presented you with the first draft of concepts. After presenting you with the initial concepts, you chose two logo options and asked to see different variations of these options. We very quickly provided you with these variations, and you approved a final version. To give you a head start on your marketing efforts, I emailed you the logo files for your immediate use while we were finalizing your branding package, which includes company stationary, a corporate apparel catalog, and an apparel/labeling presentation showing how your logo translates into retail apparel. When you received the logo files, however, you jumped to conclusions assuming the process was over even though we were still working on completing your branding package. Since then, we have contacted you multiple times in an effort to resolve your confusion. You have refused to answer or reply to our calls and emails. At this point, and based on our previous experience with you, we are left wondering if you are truly unhappy with our service or if you have, once again, decided to take a different direction with your brand. We are incredibly proud of the products and services we provide our clients; which, as you can see translates into the multiple five star reviews. We would sincerely like to finish your project and provide you with your full branding package. In the mean time, we feel that this review is unjust and out of confusion and frustration rather than in response to the service we provided.

I used this service for branding and logo creation and unfortunately got a very different experience than what other customers were seeing. 1000 dollars for very brief email communication and a link to files. I expected much more. I would not recommend their services for logo creation or branding purposes.
