Like a lot of people my family and I have been coming here for many years and never had an issue. However, last time I was there with my mother because her glasses are defective, a male whose name I didnt get came to help us. Every other time I had been helped by a female, but he was very condescending and patronizing like he was doing me a favor and not like I am a paying customer. Im sure had I been a man the treatment would have been different , he even yelled at me across the room because he said he didnt see how the glasses were defective even though only 2 minutes had passed and I told him we needed more time to let them fog up. He had a smirk on his face the whole time he tried to help us, eventually he left because he had other things to do and a nice lady came and indeed confirmed the glasses were not supposed to do that and would get replaced. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it baffles me how still in 2022 some men thing they can talk down to women and give a different treatment. I didnt say anything at the moment because I was with my elderly mother and an infant and just wanted to leave the place. I would suggest a refresher on his customers service skills. Nothing against the place, but people like that should not be up and running a highly trafficked business.

So, the service is very good, but I felt an injustice in the prices, because the frame I bought was twice the price of the one in the brand's own store, I just finished it and bought it from you because I had already done the entire exam process. My insurance covers a part that in the end didn't help me at all because if I subtract the value of the insurance deduction, the price is still higher, which doesn't make sense, but as I mentioned above, I only completed the purchase because I had already done the exams and etc but as I see price and still pay insurance for me it is not interesting to be a customer.
