Dear j S, I am so sorry for your experience. I can better prevent this with more information. I have several employees that fit these descriptions. I am so sorry they helped without being asked. Again, I am not sure of which party this was. We do have a DIY option but if this is not selected then our staff are trained to communicate with the party mom and conduct the party. My daughter rented place for 2 year old Birthday. We did not ask for assistance but were greeted and RUSHED by a thin young white girl, the rushing began!!! I mean RUSHED when we paid for 2 hours they were in a hurry to clean and get off work. The black lady cut my Granddaughter Birthday cake and they both began passing it around WITHOUT PERMISSION as if it were a joke or game!!! My daughter was confronted in front of guests how much time was left and she would be charged by the minute. Our guest were also upset with the employees behavior, we avoided a scene, the best scene is this review they may delete but its true. Any questions ? I have pictures and guest testimonials. Hope the owner sees this and fires or retrains these girls about RESPECT, PAYING CUSTOMERS, BUSINESS!!!!

Hey Rhimmey, I wish you had told us when you were in that is smelled funny. We did shock our water table in January after the Holiday break so maybe the chlorine was strong. We do try to pinpoint any issues when they arise but we need your help!

We visited The Wonder Place for the first time today and had a blast! It smells clean when you walk in and the staff are friendly and helpful. They come around periodically and pick up stray toys. My 2 year-old explored and played and socialized. It was fun! My only complaint is they charge admission for adults. We happened to go on a "free adult" day. I can't imagine paying almost $20 for my kid to play here a couple of hours any other day of the month.

So sorry you weren't impressed. If you could tell exactly what we need to improve, maybe I can help! We have custom made centers and quality wood toy items that while well loved have stood the test of time and are a favorite for many. We steer clear from cheap plastic toys and focus on children using their imaginations. Let me know if there was anything specific I could do to improve your next visit.
