HI, on a very busy Saturday, you called in and you were taken in as a walk in without an appointment. You waited for about 45 minutes and in the meantime all your pretest were done. You said you had eye insurance and we took your word for it. Your insurance declaration page that you showed us was specifically for pediatrics, meaning 19 and under. You were over that age and didn't qualify. Although we had done half your test, you walked out without paying a penny. We hope you at least appreciate how much we lost out financially. Waited two hours for them to tell me that they couldn't use my insurance. Partly my own fault because I should have looked it up first, but I texted them my insurance card before I went to the clinic and they had said it was acceptable. They booked me for a 11:45 am appointment and then apparently forgot that they had other appointments at that time. Didn't appreciate the doctor's attitude. Would not recommend.

If I could give a 0 I would, this place is horrible. They give you frames that are in your price range and rip you off by charging you more than what your health plan covers when you specifically tell them you have a price range of what the ho covers. Horrible horrible horrible.

I had something in my eye. I called and they picked right up. Before they were open. And tolled me to come in. I got there and Pretty much took me right in. They were very successful with getting my eye treated. There was no extra pain just instant relief. I felt so much better as soon as they got the thing out of my eye. I also got very good information from them. Every question I had they gave me an answer. It was also very clean inside their office. I would totally recommend this place. I will be going back. Thank you all that work there and helped me.
