My husband and I went for pedicures. We arrived 20 minutes early to fill out necessary information and to pick out my color. The technicians came to get us from the lobby 5-10 min after our appointment time....The first 10 min in the chair we waited for them to get their materials ready. The atmosphere was relaxing but the foot massages were disappointing...Because they were behind it felt as if they were rushing our appointments. Once we were finished and in the lobby my husband noticed his arms had hives an allergic reaction to either the fabric or detergent on the blanket. When we advised the receptionist she did not apologize, show any concern or offer a resolution. Poor customer service overall. I would not recommend this spa. Definitely not what we expected for the price. I read reviews before doing business with a company and I should have listened to the less favorables this time.
First let me start by saying the spa is nice just not worth the membership or the prices there charging. There are many other spa's that offer alot more for way less.
So far so good! I went to the ME Spa for their 60 min pedicure. Wowza! It was the best pedicure that I have ever had. First of all there's no loud talking, people on their cell phones, cackling, etc. Just soft whispers, low lighting and peace. The gravity free chair is amazing. The warm blanket and weighted towel around your neck is heaven. You are separated from others with curtains. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep soon after the pedicure started. Although the pedicure was amazing, the nail polish application was not perfect so I casually mentioned it when I checked out, as I was asked how my experience was. A mention of any distaste is all the rep had to hear. She offered me a complimentary nail polish exchange. When I went back for it, it was another superb experience. I also had a Swedish massage on another visit. I have had several massages in my life and that massage is ranked in my top 5. Simply delightful. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was walking in air after. Overall I am very pleased with my experiences at the ME Spa and I will surely return.

I got the worst experience at this place today. My sister-in-law gave me a gift card for a pedicure and massage. When she bought it she was very specific that she wanted to give me a pedi and massage. When I got to the place I asked Maria the girl that was going to give me the service to specify me the service. She told me that the service doesnt include massage just pedi. I told her that I needed a foot massage bc I am pregnant. She told me to reschedule and pay 15% for the cancellation. So I was already there and took the pedi bc I dont have time to go to the spa every day. I asked Maria to add massage to the service even if I had to pay more, she told me she didnt have time. She didnt even try to give me options and a better service. I got a $69 pedi without any minimum massage that you get for the cheapest pedi anywhere.
