First time here. Was having a good time with my kids and some lady (probably family of the owner or owner) blamed my son for breaking their kitchen door when it was just loose and aint even broken in a rude tone of voice. I literally put the door back with no problem. No way to talk to customers in a condescending voice.

The Jungle Gym was clean and organized often! I bought a month membership for my two tots and only went 3-4 times because of reasons explained in a minute. Anyway, while there I made small talk to get to know the owner a little bit and she seemed pretty chill. My kids played with most of the kids (even the owners) and never had a problem! Since the play area is open I could let my two do their thing and I could keep an eye on both. Major plus!!!! Anyway, my problem came half way into the membership. I dont want to tell someone how to run their business so Ill give future guest a heads up. If you avoid chemicals such as Lysol around your children this place may not be for you. On my last day, I was highly disturbed that the owner would spray Lysol on toys, swings, and playsets while children and a pregnant lady were present. It was rainy and I promised my kids Id take them that day so as soon as they took their shoes off and started playing the last thing I wanted to was go back on my word to my children so we stayed about an hour. The first 20 minutes smelt like strong Lysol and laundry products (she cant help that because shes next to a laundromat) but it was strong. When I put my kids in the car to go home my sons forehead smelled like Lysol from the clothe swings Im assuming. It was fun but I doubt I dont think Id go there again.

We come here frequently, and we had my sons 3rd birthday here today. He and his friends had a blast!!! All the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I recommend it to anybody with young kids

My 3yo son loves this place. I do as well. The owner has done a lot of awesome improvements. We've been coming here when the only have one section and rudimentary play items. The staff are friendly and always kept the place clean.

Staff is not friendly, and unhelpful even if you are having a birthday party! We had a party scheduled from 1-3 and my guests were TOLD to leave at 2:45 because the next party was arriving. I would not recommend having any type of party here. We will not be returning.
