I first heard of EVO through some friends who had recently left our beloved gym to try out this new "Crossfit " thing. I was very apprehensive about joining because of torn meniscus issues and all those crazy injuries I had read about in articles due to "crossfit". I waited almost a whole year before I called EVO and spoke to Jason about what accommodations they offered at the gym for people like me. Jason was super friendly and helpful. He let me know there were modifications that could be made to just about everything. AND if I was not comfortable doing a specific movement due to pain, it could be substituted. Still hesitant, I joined only after receiving a groupon certificate from one of my friends and have only one regret: Not joining sooner! EVO has challenged me and made me a stronger person than I was a year and a half ago. I have achieved fitness goals that I was not able to achieve in a regular gym or with a personal trainer. Everyone at EVO is like a big family and it truly is a pleasurable place to come and workout. The people here are very encouraging and this helps keep everyone motivated towards their fitness goals. The coaches are very knowledgeable and do all they can to help you achieve the right form in order to succeed. I love this box and it has truly become a second home for me. With the help of the coaches, I have reached a point where I feel better than I ever have before and you simply can't put a price on that. If you're looking for a crossfit box, I recommend you check this one out. You wont be disappointed.

This is an awesome studio and we highly recommend it. My son has been a tiny tiger at Evolution for a little over year now and he has improved a great deal in terms of his development in self-control and respect for others. I also love that he is learning leadership skills and great work ethics. This is our first experience with martial arts but this is a perfect fit for our family and we look forward to many more years in partnership with them.

My family & I have been members of Evolution for almost 5 months and I cannot praise this place enough. Two things brought Evolution to our attention: the positive word of mouth, and the fact that they offered both Crossfit AND martial arts classes. We were looking for a gym that all four of my family members could attend at the same time, and we found it at Evo. My teenage son, my wife and I attend the Crossfit classes while our youngest attends Martial Arts classes. Crossfit: The classes are great. The coaches and instructors have created a safe, educational, and challenging environment for all skill levels. I, personally, have never been part of any formal structured workout program; yet the coaches made me feel comfortable and at ease. Coaches Brandon, Mario and Walter are all amicable and very knowledgeable. They push all the athletes to their best, but make sure they do it safely and to the best of the athlete's ability. Martial Arts: Again, kudos goes to coaches Jason & AJ for teaching such a great class! My son started when he was 6, and he hasn't looked back ever since. The instructors are very knowledgeable and gregarious and great with the kids. They challenge them to do their best, emphasizing discipline and and a sense of family that encourages the kids to keep coming back. If you're looking for a gym that offers a very professional, safe, challenging and enjoyable environment with knowledgeable, personable and great coaches and instructors; Evolution Martial Arts & Crossfit is the place to be!

My now almost 6 year old son started Evolution Martial Arts after being gifted free classes from a birthday party he attended to at EVO. From day one, he was intrigued by the class and the instructors. From the first class, we found the staff welcoming, friendly, and fun (even to watch). Classes are technique oriented, while not being overly oppressive. They provide a very healthy structure, teach respect, mindfulness, and body control, all while keeping the class light hearted and super fun! Mr. Jason is an inspiring mentor to my son, and both my husband and I enjoy his ways of teaching- hes extremely funny! In fact, All the teachers are wonderful and caring and super attentive! My son has been going to EVO since September 2017. It is now 1 year 1 month so far and we will continue to be a part of this family oriented environment for as long as it takes for our son to get his black belt. My son loves this class so much that he said when he grows up he wants to be a Karate teacher just like Mr. Jason!! Before attending this class, my son was very shy in preschool, he never participated in circle time singing, he couldnt control his body- he kept moving around. NOW, my son is in kindergarten and he is the one student out of 6 other kindergarten classes to stand in front of a microphone in the auditorium of the school to lead a recital about kindness and to think with the end in mind perception!! All this is thanks to the amazing time and energy and put into allll the children in the class. The main thing that makes me extremely happy is seeing the high level of confidence and enthusiasm in my son whenever I tell him that he has Hapkido class that day. He absolutely loves it and most of all he is so passionate and respectful towards Hapkido!! Within one year, my son enthusiastically worked his way up from white belt all the way to green belt! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this class and cant find more words to express my appreciation for the class structure and teachers!!!!

My name is Jenny. I'm a 30 yr old lady who loves food, soda and liquor. I haven't been thin since college, and I haven't been in shape since middle school. I am NOT a natural lover of exercise. ...But I cannot say enough good things about Evolution (EVO) Crossfit. I began Evolution's Beginner Crossfit program in Feb 2016, mostly as a dare to myself, as everyone I knew told me that Crossfit "would kick my a**" Fyi, they were right. But it's worth it. In March, I became an official member. I'd recommend EVO to anyone--ANYONE. The people here are amazing. Brandon and Jason (Owners/Coaches) and Mario and Walter (Coaches) are extremely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable--they know their stuff. Furthermore, your fellow students never judge you. I am the slowest person of the entire program and have never once been made fun of. It's total support, and I appreciate it tremendously. Speaking of which, if you're someone out there thinking of joining but are hesitating... you can take comfort in the fact that--right from the get-go--you'll be faster than at least one other member :-) This month (Aug 2016) was my 6 month anniversary. I have NO plans of quitting. Hooyah, EVO!
