Hey Donny, very sad to see your review posted here. As you know, the website was (and still is) live and fully functioning as per the requirements on the proposal you signed off on. We even committed additional labor (at no cost to you) adding features and tweaks which changed the scope of the entire project. Every out of scope curveball that was thrown our way, we addressed that same day and got to work on. As far as our communication lacking, we responded to you every single time you reached out to us, usually within hours of the email arriving. We even went so far as to answer calls from you on a weekend. As you also know, the third-party overseas "developer" you hired to build the software for this project put the entire website at a considerable disadvantage from day 1, and occupied the majority of the build time on this project. As much as we tried to overcome his shortcomings, we cannot accept responsibility for poor programming and lack of cooperation from a third-party individual. After 6 months I had to fire them and hire someone else to do my website. They never did get my website up and running. Never. Very hard to get responses from them. Ask them a question and they act like you are bothering them. And to top it off, they kept the money I paid them although they did not produce anything at all.
