Sergio, let’s keep it honest. You let your son manage the website without my consent and he broke the website. Then you asked me to fix the problem. You approved this in estimate #00056. Sergio, the main goal for your new website was to transfer the content that was already there. That was in your estimate #00039. I gave you a GREAT deal and charged you very little for the website. I never charge LOW, but I felt I was doing you a favor. Your website is very professional looking, and we went above and beyond. After the website was complete you asked for many changes that I was ok with to wrap things up. We even worked really hard to get your virus infested website up and running and spent 40 hours on it. Especially on troubleshooting, something that you WERE NOT charged for – we took a BIG HIT. You were only billed 6 hours worth of time. Then you kept insisting me to continue doing work for FREE after the job was complete. Sergio, I know that you are new at business but I hope you figure out how to conduct business better.
