Merchant Cooperative contracted Ranking Carolina (RC) for SEO Implementation/Management on 7/7/15. RC did not design/develop the website and advised the client that the site had multiple issues. RC requested the opportunity to redesign/develop the site, but the client declined. Due to the client not having the appropriate access to the original sites domain www.merchantcooperative.com, RC was forced to implement on a brand new and previously non-indexed domain www.gomcyes.com. Based on this and the honest industry standards, RC expressed to the client that it would take 6-9 months before being able to achieve top page organic ranking. RC received access to the website on 8/24/15 at which time SEO implementation was applied and management began. RC achieved Top Page Organic Ranking on Google, Yahoo & Bing on 3/18/16 for South Carolina related keyword phrases as contracted for, 7 months after implementation. RC continued to increase and expand the top page keyword diversity of the sites search engine ranking. The client then contracted a different 3rd party vendor to design/develop a new site, at which time Merchant Cooperative cancelled the SEO management agreement with RC. A refund was not issued, as all work was rendered by RC which RC was contracted for and all metrics were reached based on the contract provided to Merchant Cooperative.

I was charged a upfront fee and a monthly charge and literally got no work done. after another company reviewed my SEO strategy and actually did some homework , I was told that literally no work was done by Ranking Carolina. It was stated by Ranking Carolina that they had "issues that were out of their control" . So when i asked for a refund that was out of their control as well. 100% not satisfied. I would not recommend them to any business that actually wants SEO work done correctly.
