Tim, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with us. As I recall, you asked for a certain list of directories and the usernames and passwords for several accounts. Those accounts were bulk accounts that would have given you access to our other client's information so there was no way we could share that with you, I hope you understand. The directory information you were asking for was something we were legally prohibited from giving you due to an NDA we were under. We work hard to be as transparent as possible so it's unfortunate that the information you were seeking was not something we were able to share with you. We chose to discontinue business with prospect genius b/c I wanted disclosure as to what my $ is getting me. I was given the run-around when I wanted a report/summary breaking down the scope of work they did for me and my websites. Their services did generate leads for my business, but if you want to have full disclosure/control of your online brand and marketing I wouldnt recommend them.

Ive used prospect genius for 4 years to help grow my business. In the beginning i was skeptical because there are so many people that try to get me to use their internet advertising services. First of all, prospect genius didn't sell me anything that they didn't deliver. They simply stated a plan and didn't over promise the world to me.
