They did amazing job first time, very bad quality second time, I asked for revision several times, they kept sending same design as revised, I guess they freelanced it to fiverr or so, anyway, I gave them no review and three stars rating although I through the work in the garbage, they responded with really supper angry answer making me the bad guy, I would expect that from my ex not from professionals, not recommended at all.

Joseph ordered several listings from us in the past. He had an issue with one of the listings we wrote for him 6 months ago. He claimed that there was a copyright infringement. We had a look at what he sent us, and there wasn't any copyright infringement. It was a call to action that we used in several other listings (he probably saw another listing we created ourselves). That actually doesn't even cause a listing to be deactivated. But even if it did, he didn't come back to us asking why it happened and to fix it (we would have been very happy to help). Instead, he blamed us and requested a full refund because "he lost sales" but actually he has been using this listing for 6 months, and not only on the US market, but other ones as well. Unfortunately after surely declining, he went and posted this review, because he doesn't have anything better to do.

Terrible company to work with. Ok Digital Solutions copies content from competitor listings and then submitted as their own work causing my listing to get removed from Amazon. When I reached out to inquire about a refund I was told to go pound sand. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
