Over promise what they can do. Then are very hard to get a hold of once you become a customer. Total disappointment. Promised landing pages, then said we don't need them, then 6 months later said, you need landing pages, 3 months later still no landing pages...but the invoice showed up every month.

Rajan – we are surprised to read your review. During the sales process, Straight North was very clear to set the appropriate expectations about the campaign. We specifically discussed with you that your SEO campaign would take time to see results due to the risky backlinks that had been previously built to your site. We started your campaign June 2017; 3 months into a 6-month contract, you requested to cancel the contract due to internal budgetary issues that you were experiencing. Straight North offered to restructure the terms of the contract in order to assist in your situation. Unfortunately, you elected to stop paying entirely. Your stated review of our services is completely inconsistent with all previous communications. Please see the email you sent to us below. straight north is bunch of crooks .I reached out to them and allocated healthy budget for our SEO. I paid $9k first month and they made me sign contract for $6k every month for next six months.The kind of work they did was sub standard and my team would have to always go back and correct it .Now we not only paying them exorbitant money but wasting our time also.Needless to say our business started declining and i reached out to them in frustration fully realizing that SEO is a slow process to be told that no matter what you have contract signed for 6 month and that i have to pay them .I wrote email stating how can i pay my bills if my business is going down but they don"t care i encourage people to not sign any contract with this company .They will do horrible job and hold you down to your contract .|There are much better companies out there .These guys are not adequately trained to handle anything and you wont get anything close to what you paying for

Waste of 6 months and waste of money. Not the seo company to choose if you’re looking. No results only stories of what they will say that they will do. If you are in the market for seo choose a better company than this. We wasted 6 months with them and are in worse shape than when we started.
