Hello Mr Mitchell, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and Im sorry on this occasion you felt our service only merited 3 stars. Id like to initially point out that fuel for transport isnt covered under the mobility contract. The Motability scheme doesnt cover fuel for your everyday use. Where we have been able to provide zero cost to you in line with the contract we have. There is no cost for the courtesy car provision (something that you wont find to be the case at many other dealerships). We also offer a while you wait service if the cost of travelling away from dealership and returning in terms of fuel is too prohibitive. We ensure the courtesy car comes with fuel and only ask that you replace what you use while the car is on loan to you. We dont feel this is too much to ask and is the same for all customers, meaning they can travel as much or as little as they like during the time the courtesy car is on loan. Were a little disappointed that you have given us 2 stars fewer than available based on a cost that wouldnt be covered by any dealership. We are exceptionally proud of our 4.8-star average rating and currently sit in the top 10 of UK Renault dealers for satisfaction. Okay service but demand you replace any fuel used in courtesy car supplied by them, as a mobility customer this should be included in the cost of mobility leasing as one expects, mobility payments should include all expenses as they state and not additional expenses not covered by the payments, disappointed with the demands of the staff when handing over the courtesy car, service could be improved considerably.! I have never been made aware of the "while you wait service" or ever been offered any coffee by the staff, this could have resulted in a better service for me and resulted in a better rating for your company.
