Placed my first order for plastic promotional cards with Plastek Cards. The Plastek Card team was helpful throughout the process. However, there was a lack of focus on quality. I received the cards and a few items were so blurry I could not identify the logo or print. This was very uncomfortable having to explain to the client why the card did not look top notch. When I brought the issue up to the Plastek Card team, their response was "sorry you feel this way...." If the designers know something is not going to look good in print, it is their responsibility to tell the customer. As a follow up, I mentioned that the proof looked better than the print. I never got another response from the company.
