Great place to work out. I love the owner's desire to keep business local. He loves OV and our city. He also keeps prices very reasonable compared to other CrossFit locations. All the necessary equipment for beginners to experts in the CrossFit community.

The gym itself may not have every single fancy work out set but the trainers will spend the time to help you reach your goal all you gotta do is show up an be willing to put in the effort. If your looking for good quality trainers an a relaxed judge free environment I recommend going here.

Dropped into Crossfit Norfolk for a week during vacation and they could not have been more awesome! Geno was so friendly and made me feel like I'd been a member there for years. They have a great community and great programming. I try to go to box whenever I'm visiting a new place and this one was definitely the right choice.
