Worst eye exam in Lake Zurich - rushed exam , equipment was not working or the staff was not properly trained. Left feeling my new script was not right because I clearly said things looked blurry. I ended up returning the glasses because I could not see anything when I put them on - I saw better from my old script. When I told the optician about the script being incorrect she told me eye exams are hit or miss and asked if I would like to schedule a secondary exam with the same doctor. I declined and went to another optometrist in Buffalo Grove who provided me with an extremely thorough examination and consultation. More importantly I could see much better with the script he provided because it was spot on and vastly different than the erroneous script provided by Visibly Better EyeCare in Lake Zurich which had me down for a significant astigmatism in both eyes when I had very very little in one eye.

I would like to write a review of the service from the optometrist but since I have called 9 times to make a appointment but nobody has ever picked up the phone I cant do such a thing. The recording tells you to go online to make a appointment when you click on the link they want all your information to create account. I don't want a account I just want a appointment to get my eyes checked. They tell you to text them but how do I know they are not going to use my number for marketing purposes. All I wanted to do is get a eye exam but now I will never use this company.

It was my son's very first eye exam and the staff there were excellent! They were speedy and had great customer service. The doctor my son saw also was very patient and clearly helped him through the process. My time and money were well spent there. Very great experience from beginning to end.
