When I read that this place offers competitive pricing and fast turn around time I figured I call and see what a single 2 inch letter on towels would cost me. I was told 20 - 25 bucks with a turn around time of 3 weeks. I am no rocket scientist, but that is pricey and a very lengthy time to complete such a mini job. I called other places and guess that average price for job like this is between 12.99 - 15.99 depending on the size. So, I would definitely ask around before just giving this company business. Maybe the positive reviews regarding pricing and fast turn around time include some "friends and family" discount. Hope this helps! :)

I'm sorry you had a poor experience. As per our conversation on the phone, we do everything by appointment only, as stated on our door. By scheduling an appointment we are able to customize your visit. When you are bringing in a dog, we can be prepared to have our dog in the back. We can also have the time set aside to assist you. Really, 4.5 stars and rounding up. The ONLY reason it's not a full 5 stars is because there were a few mix-ups with our (quite complicated) order, but they fixed them quickly and free of charge. Heike and the staff were very professional and helpful. They even let me take samples back to my office multiple times so that my coworkers could see and feel the shirts! Plus, because we are a nonprofit with a tight budget, they gave us a small discount. The shirts were high quality and the embroidery work was perfect. Overall, a fantastic business. I would go back.
