Jonathan, I am sorry to hear you have had trouble getting through. I see you tried calling during the time we were ordered to close our store due to COVID-19. Our hours are listed weekly on our voicemail, Google and fb. I am sorry to see that you made a comment in regards to myself and staff being high and feel it is unnecessary for the verbal attack, especially with what we are all experiencing during this time. This place is absolutely incredible you cant get someone to answer the phone here ever.ill stick with brew and grow where they value their customers and can do basic things like answer the phone..idk maye they are all to high all the time to realize the phone is ringing.

I absolutely love this store. Everything you need for a good price. They offer a 10% discount to vets and med card holders which is outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'll always go to them for my garden growing needs.

I came an hour and a half to purchase a system that I seen online. They were the closest retailer. I immediately found the system and walked around the store to find help. I finally found a lady behind the counter scanning things(no other customers in the store). I asked a question about the system and she told me it was a new item and she didnt know but it was on the box. She could help me in a few minutes. After 10 minutes and seeing her helping another customer when I was prepared to drop $3000 to get what I needed. I guess I will order it online now! This is why stores are closing, because customer service has fell by the wayside! Your loss!
