I feel Oregon Design Shop does excellent work. I received a winter hat from a friend and it had an O.D.S. logo on it. The material is great quality and amazingly warm and soft. The design of the logo was fashionable and fresh and expertly embroidered, for me it's a 5 out of 5.

I had previously ordered some T-shirts form ODS and was hoping to use their shop again for custom giveaways for an event. Unbeknownst to me, ODS had grown and changed a lot since they first opened and no longer does the kind of custom work I was looking for. Their manager tried to find ways to do my order but in the end wasn't able to meet either my timeline, my budget, or my wishlist. Unfortunately, while she was working on the issue, she didn't keep me in the loop, so to me, it seemed like she had blown me off. I had to send multiple emails and phone calls to get updates. I gave ODS three stars because of the difficulties I encountered in getting a straight answer from ODS on pricing and timeline. Ultimately, the owner, Derek stepped in to explain what was going on, which I greatly appreciate, but the delay in communication caused me to miss an important deadline.
