I would like to apologize as the franchise owner, for any confusion and misunderstanding that happened during this job. We failed to insure sure you were given a clear understanding of how the job process was supposed to go. This resulted in false expectations and unfortunately confusion regarding the construction. I contacted this company on a Monday for repairs to my mother's house. They showed up and I showed them all the affected areas. They assured me they could do the job. They said 3 days drying time then repairs. I never received an estimate or any written communication or phone call until Sunday. Their guy called and said they left something in our house and wanted to pick it up. I inquired when they would be finished and they said they had finished on Friday. This is when I learned that I was supposed to contact someone else to finish the work they led me to believe they were going to do. On Monday I called Servpro and they said the might be able to do the work and they requested the estimate from the insurance company. I sent them the insurance companies estimate, I told him we really. needed to get my mother back in her house. Two more days go by before John returned my calls to schedule an inspection! I was livid. By this time I had hired someone else to do the work they said they could do. When I informed John I hired someone else I received my first piece of correspondence - the bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone I knew or cared about. They advertise restoration and last I checked this means put back like it was before. Apr 05, 2019

They prioritize their jobs based on how much money each one is worth. Never called me back or gave me an eta of when a technician could come out. Service Master was our first thing in the morning. Call service master. This company stinks.
Servpro came to the rescue when water filled my garage from a flood on July 3. Mold grew fast in the heat. Professional and mannerly crew that cleared the damaged items quickly for disposal. David came to my house and was a true DELIGHT!!! He had to do a moisture check in several places in my home. He found that there was water in my walls and under some laminate flooring! He explained the work that needed to be done and helped to develop a plan of action to mitigate my damages. He was punctual, extremely respectful and knowledgeable! I would HIGHLY recommend this SERVEPRO location and David!!! :)
