I called and they came right away to measure my kitchen. Great, except the lady that came couldn't answer simple questions, such as, how can I pick the designs for the cabinets, etc. When I asked her how long the design work for an estimate would take, she said one week. Two weeks later, I hadn't receive a phone call. Finally, I called and requested a call back. Instead, I received a text message with a quote, with very little explanation about the work. A text message. I requested a call back. Since they couldn't match existing cabinets, instead of half the kitchen, I want the whole16.5' x 21' kitchen, plus countertops plus the Miele stovetop with vent. She said she would schedule, but instead has the owner text me to call him, which I do. I explained what happened, and request again a quote for my entire kitchen. They have good reviews, so I was still trying to give them a chance and work with them. He stated that their process takes a long time. They are high end and that they will not waste my time or theirs by giving me an estimate I couldn't afford. - I am in shock.- They already wasted two weeks and they assume I can't afford their service? They gave me a text message estimate on part of my kitchen and I requested more. How did this man come up with that conclusion? The communication with the owner himself was the most disappointing of all. He had less class than a small warehouse shop.
