Went in to print one architectural layout needed for a meeting that day. Talked to the guy at the front desk who was pretty passive, he told me they dont print while you wait, it was company policy. I asked how long if I left and he said 3-4 hours. As I looked around no one was really doing much. So I left and I found a print shop that was friendly and more than happy to do it in time for my meeting. Thank you Print Mor.

They have very slow response. If you really need $250 least to make a perfect bound book, you can obviously provide better service instead of wasting customer time. I put forward my urgent needs from the very beginning. All they did was put forward unclear layout requests, slow responses, and inexplicable reasons for price increases.
