staff is bilingual & it was very easy for me to explain what i needed and there was no miscommunication with the staff and i. im a military member and i called multiple times to verify they could do what i needed them to do with a very short notice. they did tell me they dont do many military name tapes but they have done them before. one of the staff members reassured me they could do my name tape so we went out of our way to drive down to their shop. the customer service there was good, there was one lady who went above and beyond and had the lady who does the embroideries bring over different color thread for us to see. once the embroider came over with the different threads, she was very cut and dry and had zero communication with her customer standing next to her. i verified with the girl on the register taking payments if she knew what size i wanted and needed knowing i was military and she said yes so i trusted her. once the product came back it was literally so small, we thanked them and left. once we were outside i just couldnt help but notice that the sizes between what i needed and what they gave me were completely off. i now wasted an hour and a half of my time & $16 on name tapes that i cant use due to the fact that theyre out of regulation. in summary, i do believe they should have examples of their embroideries before selling the product.
Gave them a long deadline for a trade show. They do not respond to phone calls and give unreasonable excuses. There prices are high and do not have items in stock. We will not do business with them. Wasted time and money with them its a great lesson to not to bussiness with local companys this is why people outsource this. We tried to keep it local but service and price just do not justify there company policies.
