Hi Kate, sorry to read that you have had an issue with your order. However the order was placed at midnight and by 9am in the morning we had emailed to confirm the item was unfortunately out of stock and we had already provided a full refund. As you can imagine in the current pandemic stock levels are very difficult to manage but we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused but we do feel that we have acted quickly and professionally.
