Avoid doing business with this dealer! The salesman John did his best to try and get us a great deal but it fell through because of the finance manager. The manager name is Nady Boutros and has the nastiest attitude Ive ever seen. He does not care about doing business, he cares about his authority and position at the job. Furthermore, he raised his voice at me to try and prove his point. Im in complete disbelief of his actions. John I really wish we couldve done a deal but with that manager you have, I dont understand how you can get deals done.

My wife took her car in for 2 oil changes. After the first one some thing happened to her car a week later. Called and they said no way an oil change will cause it so we ended up paying $400 . Months later my wife took it in for another oil change a week later some thing else was wrong that cost almost $400 also. Of course they said same thing. I spoke to sales managers and said there's know way thats a Coincidence two oil changes in a row. One Manger said well cars mess up. Her car has less than 100k miles is a 2018. Will not ever buy a dodge again and especially from them.
