I've been here twice. Both times I have had to wait for my booked appointment while staff did walk ins. Recently had a 'luxury pedicure' and felt disappointed as I didnt receive multiple parts of the treatment. My nails weren't filed properly and are misshapen. Hardly worth the 45 I paid. Both times staff have left me alone for a long period of time during my treatments to have lunch or see other customers. Masks not worn and nothing has been cleaned either time I have attended (both during pandemic). Cash only, saw them take coins from multiple customers and then tell others after them they didnt have any change - forcing overcharging. Just not the level of service I expect and it wasn't relaxing. I won't return again.

I booked a last minute appointment, when I arrived no one was wearing a face mask! When I went into the treatment room and there was hair in the wax pots and the room wasnt the cleanest either after I got dressed to leave she asked me if I could watch her child while she done a treatment on someone else be warned.
