Was needing more contacts, so I scheduled me an appointment. Doc wanted me to try a different brand of contacts, rather than the ones Ive been using for almost 10 years. I received my trial pair and had some issues with them. Thought it was the strength, so the doc increased it and went forward with ordering them. Got them in, after about 25 days of wearing, I did not like them. I called the office on a Saturday, and explained, was told doc would call me on Monday. A week and a half go by I dont hear anything. I called and was told the doc ordered me a completely different brand for me to try, rather than just refunding me the money I paid for the contacts, or ordering what I liked, and worked. I think Ill just be using 1800contacts until I absolutely have vision problems. Probably will have to find someone new, after using them for 8 years.

My appointment was 1/14/22. It is currently 3/22/22. I still do not have any glasses to wear. I was told my 2 pairs of glasses would take 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and only one pair was ready. I was told it would be an additional 2 more weeks for the missing pair, with no real explanation. I was only told pairs are very rarely ready at the same time. I feel as if someone forgot the other pair; their explanation makes zero sense. After 4 weeks, I finally had my regular pair and Rx sunglasses. I started to notice headaches and sense of being off. They wanted me to come back in for a re-examination. I went back for a 2nd eye exam on March 4th. They got my Rx wrong. They said they had to send my glasses back. It would take two more weeks and I would be contacted. Im now going into almost 3 weeks and have not heard a thing. I have one regular pair in their possession and a Rx pair of sunglasses that I cant even wear. Im currently wearing 3 year old glasses that are falling apart and scratched. Pitiful and unacceptable. At this point it doesnt even matter that they gave me a refund on my frames, because at this point Im not going have glasses until July! Dont waste your time. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. I never dreamed that two months after an eye exam that I would not have what I came to get

Dr Compton was excellent! She explained everything everything and asked if I had any questions or concerns. The stall was very good also! My only complaint was not being able to physically go to the frame display to browse the frame selection. If this is being done for safety of spreading germs... why not give customers gloves to safe handling of frames. I may as well buy from online where at least I can look at what's available.

Everyone involved was very nice and courteous and the only problem I have is that I was not offered a breakdown of the charges before my card was charged I think this should be offered to every patient. I really have no idea what I was charged for.
