We are currently working on re-doing our return policy to exclude items "on sale" and only items with red clearance tags will be exchange or in-store credit. Not all employees are aware of this change because it is not official yet. If your items did not have a red clearance tag, please bring them back to us and we will issue you a refund. Absolutely terrible experience. Will not ever shop here again. We specifically asked the lady at check out on 7/25/21 of our items were returnable and she said yes come to find out they arent because theyre a sale item. NEWS FLASH EVERYTHING IN STORE IS 20%. So everything is on sale. Terrible and untruthful service
