I observed and listened to the experience of a friend who hired Chance 436. For them, that experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing to say the least. Creative differences were met by outright disregard and neglect of the client's desires and suggestions for marketing products. There is definitely NOT a culture of "the customer is always right" here. Communication other than email seemed unobtainable and impossible. The business relationship became even more strained when the client had not received any of the other materials such as business cards and flyers. The emails became salty and disregard. The only positive part of this process was that a full refund was issued. I hope these things can be corrected in future.
