Pretty much no cars in stock or any showroom models to even look at. Salesman all hanging outside looking like sharks waiting for a meal.

I will never return there again the service sucked from the time I arrived until I left with the car. I was disappointed in the service and staff. I also was disappointed in the recommendations for the car!!!

The name says it all Friendly Kia our first purchase was for my son once he graduated high school. We were so impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff that I convinced my sister to purchase a car for my niece once she graduated high school and heads off to college at FAU. The whole experience was a disaster. The construction going on is crazy, dropping my car off took forever. Then when I was bringing the loaner back , the kid at the car spa place was trying to make me pay for gas because he said that I didn't fill the van up when I dropped it off. $80.00 I put in the van, and he wanted to charge me more. It took 2 weeks to get the molding in and painted, I thought that was a bit much. Normally I don't blast people, but this experience was pretty bad.
