I used this firm for a house closing. Please, stay away from them(Sergey&Zulfiyya). Attorney was representing both me and the bank which inflated the fees. He did not share any type of information as well as the fee structure. Eventually, we agreed for $1400 on the attorney and then charged me extra $1200 for bank attorney fee. He sent his associate for closing(Zulfiyya) and she was incredibly rude and threatening to sign me documents. There are a large number of law firms that can treat you with respect and does not exploit information asymmetry, prefer other ones.

My fiancé and I bought a townhouse in Brooklyn and hired Serge and his firm to close the deal. We were so touched by the way the whole process went dealing with the firm. Also, we had so many questions and concerns about the deal, and there were some obstacles along the way with financing the property. I hired Mekhtiyev Law to handle the sale of my apartment and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. Serge was always responsive and had our best interests in mind while remaining commercial and insuring the deal got done. During the price negotiation he helped us structure terms to protect us and get full freight for our apartment. But the real benefit and expertise came through at the closing table.
