So unfortunate that I have to rate this low because the work itself is really good but my business has had different issues each time weve ordered which has caused us to part ways with this company. When we first ordered from them we loved it but it seemed like ever since weve had issues with every order after that. Miscommunication was the biggest problem. Not paying attention to details and confirming our orders only for them to have something wrong when we picked them up. Their business is growing which I think is a great thing but in doing so theyve lost the customer satisfaction element they once had when we started. It is so disappointing because they were local which made it very convenient to get our stuff but even with our last order for instance they told us it would be ready on a certain day and time and that time passed and it still wasnt ready. No one informed us that they needed more time so if we hadnt double checked and just went off their email, we wouldve drove 45 minutes only for it not to be ready. I hope things change because theyre very nice people but my time and money is valuable so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
