I went to print off a copy of an ID and was told it would be $5 for a "data transfer fee" just to email her the images plus printing fees. Nonnegotiable. Very rude customer service. Fedex 2 miles away did everything for 75 cents with a smiling face.

The WORST experience EVER!!! We talked to Minuteman about binding our book, sent them all the files then...nothing. Had to call to get an update and was told the book was in the printing process. Two weeks later, called again, they said we had to come in and look at a sample before they could print!!! So went over there, waited in their lobby for 20 minutes because no one would come to the front, had to call on the phone to get someone to come out. Told them how unhappy we were with the way we were treated, they didn't even show us a sample because they didn't have one!!! They just gave us our money back after holding us up for 3 weeks! I will never EVER go there again.

I had the requirement to produce a 125th year anniversary book for my church. I presented the data in PDF form, on a USB drive to Minuteman Press. They worked with the anniversary team and produced a high-quality product that received many kudos from purchasers.
