Really had a terrible experience with passion, our company had grown its social results consistently for 8 years, we decided to increase investment and go with what we thought was a top agency only to have a thoroughly mismanaged and hodgepodge experience. This is now our tenth year and we are flying on social again. The only bad year was the year we used passion. No efforts to compensate for the clear issues and costs we experienced and we didnt even receive all the services we paid for.
