John, we charge everyone the digitizing fee, whether we do the embroidery or not. It costs us money to make the embroidery file separate from the creation of the logo files. First, the digitize file is created, and then there is an embroidered sample created to confirm the file. I am sorry that we did not explain this clearly when you asked about embroidery last week. I knew that we would not be able to meet your deadline for the embroidery, and was happy that you were able to find someone who could. We do not hold people's artwork to force them to work with us.

Not happy with additional fee charged for "Embroidery File" needed after my logo was designed by them. I worked with Stephanie who did a really nice job of quickly designing a logo for me. It turned out great and was done in only a few days. I was, however, disappointed that I had requested digital files of the logo before it was designed and was unaware that an additional file would be required to use for embroidery work if using a different location. They offered to provide the file for me but required an additional $45 charge. I would have paid the additional fee if I were told about it up front, but feel as though they may just be trying to keep work in house and charging for a file conversion that takes only a few minutes and is at no additional cost to them. I immediately canceled all future job requests and will look for another print and design firm for my future needs. Thanks Stephanie for the great work, but I am not able to work with your employer if I am going to have continued "surprise" charges.

I can't express enough how great my experience with this business is. I emailed in a print request and had an answer in under an hour. 2 hours later, I stopped into the shop to ask a couple questions and they offered to print the job while I waited. 10 minutes later, I walked out with exactly what I needed, for less than I expected. I had my trailer wrapped with my company logo and they did it very fast and painless. They have a indoor vinyl wrapping vehicle bay to be able to do it even in bad weather. I simply dropped it off and came back in 2 hours and it was perfect! Everyone there was very understanding and professional!
