Very bad service! I phoned to the agency and asked an appointment to have a consultation. After the lockdown Ive needed to find a job and I thought it might be faster to rely on an agency. On the other hand, it's their job. They told me just to enter my data on their website, I did it and after all I didnt receive any help. No consultation, no jobs. They get my data just to send me unnecessary email with articles and jobs vacancies that doesnt have nothing to do with me. I phoned them and they told me that they dont have any opportunity for me at the moment but it would have been wonderful if they had told me before without letting me enter my data on the site. Perhaps I believed that the consultancy service consisted precisely in ascertaining the type of skills I have and then giving me the opportunity to understand what type of job search to orient myself. I do understand they dont have opportunity to report to me but they dont know me, they work like a million other sites and apps that do nothing but collect your data and thats it. Ive asked many times to explain me how works the agency so to decide if I want or not their services but no one answered me by email or by phone. They treat you like you are the last stupid in the world who doesnt deserve to find a nice job just because you havent at least three degrees and ten courses done.
