Like to share my anger, concern & disappointment about my bad experience with Pentagon Peugeot Scunthorpe: Avoid, surprisingly very very bad for main dealer mot garage, very annoyed & concerned about Pentagon Peugeot Scunthorpe, they were careless & disrespectful, most prominently damage done to my car by their staff: 1. Damaged Car bodywork during valet, numerous dents/scratches/chips. 2. Service Book wasn't stamped, even enquired prior to payment they said course it is. Wasn't, hence returned to service counter who then quibbled/contemplated whether or not, very unprofessional. 3. Radio settings were changed, they Paired mobilephone via blutooth to make/recieve calls & listen to their music in my car, they even forgot change source back to cd. Very unprofessional for them to be messing about, but typical of this garage. 4. Poor parking facilitys, quantity/sizing. 5. Quoted online for Diesel additive topup 20, only to be advised would be much more then that. Well update your system then. 6. Unprofessional, incompetent & complacent. From initial complaint, they did nothing for 2wks, then management advised valet/wash was done by an agency, they forwarded details to Valet agency, who obviously denied, then Garage denied responsibility. You would have to be gullible/naive to expect an idiot who can't wash a car without damaging is going to admit to the damage they did, even though the mot garage pre valet video shows no marks before valeter washed it. Would never use this or recommend this garage to anyone, can't believe they supply new cars considering how blatantly reckless and very very careless they were with mine. They just made up excuses to imply the marks caused by their staff was like that way before, which it certainly wasn't, as new to me and cleaned/polished days before. This garage doesn't deserve main dealer status, or to be an mot station. Why be pedantic with Car Healthcheck videos of perishable items such as tyres when you damage the item of high value, ie the car. Total idiots despite apparently nice paperwork, website & indoor showroom. Did wonder why this main dealer offered cut price servicing, they obviously need an incentive for people to go there. Go elsewhere, no wonder Peugeots depreciate so rapidly with a Garage network like this it is no surprise. Used Jordans, Jct690 & Trenton previously in Hull with no issues, owned several performance Peugeots, and in the 26 years I've been driving none of them were damaged by a garage before until now. Pentagon Peugeot Scunthorpe is the worst garage experience I've ever had, you are better off at any indendent garage you trust or national mot garage such as Halfords National Tyres.
