I called and scheduled a service appointment for 2 recall notices and asked if I could also get an oil change while there. They were book weeks in advance. When I arrived I waited in line and checked in at one of the service desks for my 7am appointment. I specifically said I had an appointment but was told I had to go to the Quick Express place, not service dept. Im not sure the attendant actually looked up to see if i had an appointment or if he just dismissed me because i said i also needed maintenance. I went over to Quick lane and checked in and was told yes I did have an appointment at the service dept. He then said they could do everything truck needed there so no need to go back to service dept. The Works oil change took over an hour and they then drove my truck over to service dept and I noticed the mechanic took paperwork into service dept. I waited for another 30 minutes waiting for paperwork and checkout but finally had to go up to desk to ask what was taking so long. They said the confusion was with service dept. I then learned they did not address the recall notices as directed and dismissed the need. I finally got my keys at 8:49. This was first impression of Mullinax Ford and I'm not sure i will be returning.

Problem scheduling service at Mullinax Ford New Smyrna Beach FL Called and made an appointment was told to call back a couple days before the appointment to schedule a loaner car, waited a month for appointment called back and was told there were no loaner cars available and I should of setup when I made the appointment. The lady said I could only be picked up and dropped off, I asked are they going to pickup and drop off from the grocery store or other appointments from there the conversation went down hill fast, I ended up cancelling servicing of my car. Wasted money on expensive warranty. Very Dissappointed

I called to verify my truck was still under warranty and the work would be warranty before wasting my time driving all the way in to find out its not under warranty. Complete waste of time and money I will be trading this ford at Toyota where they treat people right
