Very disappointed!! Ive been using this office for years for my family.. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for my son to do a contact fitting exam and it was first available afternoon appointment. We show up, waited 15 minutes then the employee comes to tell me that we cant proceed with the exam because they dont have trial contacts for his prescription. He just did his vision exam less than four months ago so they shouldve checked their available stock before the appointment. Someone just didnt do their job and checked before the customer come for no reason!!! Waisted my time, has to plan my day accordingly and nothing was done. This is very unprofessional

The staff and doctor were pleasant but they did not hit the mark on my contact lens prescription. I requested multi focal contacts lenses but when I received them I still could not see up close. I expressed this at the office. They still told me to take them home and try them for two weeks. The drive home was scary, not being able to see properly. I called them back to express my concerns and offered to give me single vision contacts. I told them that was not acceptable. Im still left with paying my copay, with no product. My insurance company is also being billed for this. PS - Make sure you dont write a review for them before you receive the product and are truly satisfied. I received multiple text messages to write a reviews but I did not have my glasses or contacts lenses.

Every member of the staff including the doctor are absolutely wonderful. If youre looking for an optometrist you will find none better than this group of people.

Doctor and staff are very good. Unfortunately they did not inform Estimated cost of testing and fitting fee $1380. and asked to pay contact lens fitting fee in advance before we make purchase decisions on the contact lens. I wish I had advance quote in advance and they could give us sometime to make a decision.
