I am so annoyed that most of thier tv host scream on top of thier longs while they are showing beautiful and very expensive piece of jewelry. Some of them have even lost thier voice at times. I suppose they think if they bully consumer by screaming at them ,they will sell more merchandise. Do they really have a sound technitian? If so why doesn't he or she turn it down. Why can they be civilized like the rest of tv host and talk not shout.

I have purchased several above quality items at below value cost. Very satisfied with both sales and customer service. Returns are very simple. The only thing I would reccomend is to allow the customer to see all past purchases on their account. This is not available. Aside from that, we have been very happy with our purchases.
