We are sorry for this issue. We offer a tool where you can actually design yourself and put all the names in, however you needed an extreme rush with a 3 day turnaround. We did the best we could to accommodate your request and expedite your design and order. Mistakes happen and neither our team or yourself caught the mistake even after sending you your proof of which was approved to print. Unfortunately given time constraints there just was not enough time to get your new sign before event.

If youre looking for a company that will misspell names on your requested products after you have provided them with a detailed spreadsheet with the information you want, then go with these people. I ordered a seating chart for our wedding and they messed up two tables. Missed one guest on one table and missed two on another. They also went ahead a misspelled a name of one of our guests whose name was right next to his parents names who all have the same last name. So how someone can miss something like this, is out of my mind. They clear do not proof read nothing. They expect you the customer to proof read their terrible work. When I called them to complain about this, they mentioned, well we sent you a proof and you approved it. Guess what, my job is not to proof read the work youre being paid to do. That is why the customer provides a detailed spreadsheet so you can do your damn job. Any brides out there that dont need stress from people like this, just run and dont look back. They are a complete joke. No customer service whatsoever and they take forever to respond compared to other vendors on Etsy. Save yourself the stress and disappointment, I mean if you want error free finished products!

I love the labels and the price point. Only issue I have had was 1 of the 4 times I've purchase labels with them they were damaged and I reached out to their customer service but received no reply. Disappointed they didn't try to make it right
